Mape Textil makes six wiping rags from new, pre-consumer textile cutting remnants, never used clothing. Every product is free of buttons, zippers and other hard pieces, inspected against your specification, and shipped in bales of approximately 1,000 lb. Minimum order is 1 container (approx. 45,000 lb).

How the material is prepared

For the washed white product, the textile goes through each of these steps before it ships:

  1. Pre-consumer remnants
  2. Washed
  3. Cut
  4. Inspected
  5. Baled
  6. Ready for use

Standard rags are random cuts of approximately 12 to 15 inches. Cut size, packaging and labeling can be adjusted to your requirements; custom packaging is quoted separately.
